Bookings
To make a reservation you can call the salon or book online. We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. However we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Joint or group bookings require a deposit at time of booking.
Treatment Timings
Treatment times stated include consultation, relaxation and dressing time. All times quoted are for our booking system. Unfortunately, if you arrive late for your treatment you may receive a reduced treatment time as a courtesy to clients whose appointments follow. Treatments will still be charged at the full price.
Age Requirements
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all salon services, and will be asked to fill in a consent form. We do not offer any treatments to children under the age of 10.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your reservation. New clients are required to complete a consultation on arrival including a medical questionnaire.
Nail and Foot issues
Please note we are unable to proceed with any nail/foot treatments if you suffer from athletes foot, verruca, warts or fungal infections.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant Mothers. Please allow the salon receptionist to guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time.
Gift Vouchers
Due to COVID19 all gift vouchers for Miramira due to expire before the end of July 2020, will be extended by 6 months, to ensure that customers have time to re-book their treatments, once we-reopen our bookings. Gift vouchers are available for monetary amounts. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Unfortunately lost or expired vouchers cannot be honoured. Gift Voucher are non-refundable.
Homecare & Products
We stock an extensive range of beauty products for you to use at home to extend that salon experience, including Elemis, CACI, Heliocare, St Tropez and Jessica nail care.
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. We cannot exchange any opened products.
Course Bookings
To achieve the best results from your treatments, regular appointments are essential. Courses are a fantastic way of ensuring you maintain your results and can be financially rewarding at the same time.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment must provide 24hrs notice to avoid a 50% fee being charged. Cancellation fees also apply to clients with courses and gift vouchers.
